• Dose for Antiepileptic-300mg PO TID at the end of the 3rd day, 300 mg PO BID on the 2nd day, and 300 mg PO on day one. Dosage for Postherpetic Neuralgia-300mg PO TID at the dinner time of day three, 300 mg PO BID at the dinner time of day two, and 300mg PO at the dinner time of day one.

• Dosage for Restless Syndrome- 600 mg orally one time daily with food around 5 pm.
